Recently, we learned on these very forums that toughness is measured by who gets injured the most in wrestling.
So, by that logic, who i tougher....Jeff Jarrett or Kurt Angle?
Jarrett has wrestled consistently for, what, 20 years? A little more? Just under? I don't recall.
I cannot recall a time in his career in which Jarrett missed any significant amount of time due to injury, especially since he made it to the national level.
Kurt Angle, on the other hand, in a very short period of time has not only spent large chunks of time on the injured/reserve list, but has reportedly been threatened by Vince McMahon that he would be forcibly retired due to his recklessness and tendency to be injury-prone.
So...who is the tougher wrestler? Jeff Jarrett? Or Kurt Angle?
I think the answer is clear.

The only time I honestly recall Jarrett being out was the time period between WCW closing and opening up TNA. I don't think he ever was hurt, besides a worked injury, in Memphis.

The fact that Angle even TRIES to get in the ring in his condition is testimony to his toughness. Jarrett doesn't take the bumps in a year that Angle takes on a weekly basis.

The fact that Angle even TRIES to get in the ring in his condition is testimony to his toughness. Well, that's just confusing toughness with stupidity in a lot of cases.

To be honest, I don't see the difference in comparing Angle-Jarrett to Umaga (sp!?) - Joe.

To be honest, I don't see the difference in comparing Angle-Jarrett to Umaga (sp!?) - Joe. I see your point, but my point was never that Umaga is tougher than Joe simply because Joe got injured...it was a starting point, but not the whole point... this thread was created to poke fun at me by a guy who instead of sticking to the topic, would rather use a number of other names to try and prove me wrong...thus making it pointless and no more of an argument as to whether Umaga is tougher than Joe than if he had used anyone else not associated to the debate. You wanna compare Jarret-Angle? No problem. But don't give me this crap that is has anything to do with Umaga being tougher than Joe, cause it doesn't.

Well, your ONLY point about Umaga being tougher than Joe was Joe's recent injury. So clearly, that can be applied across the board to any two wrestlers.

I also think he's tougher because of his size, strength, speed, training, and experiance... you do read all the way through my posts right?

It looks like you're baiting a fellow board member, Tommy. That is coming dangerously close to being a personal attack.
Regardless of what this thread would be considered, it is behavior unbecoming of a moderator, especially one who so often carries himself with such a holier-than-thou attitude.
To answer the question, I would vote for Angle. I don't actually know either man, though, so I am not 100 percent sure.

Like Swarm baits people, you mean?
If he doesn't like it, he can suck it up and ignore my posts. Isn't that what you guys say to the TNA boards when the same thing happens there?

Jeff Jarrett - southern dandy from Tennessee.
Kurt Angle - Olmypic champion from Pittsburgh, PA, the City of Champions.
I was going to keep going, but why bother?

Jeff Jarrett walked around in a white leather suit that lit up and spent most of his time spelling his name.
If THAT isn't tough, I don't know what is.
