As we all know, due to Batista's unfortunate injury, Kurt Angle jumped ship to Smackdown! and became World Heavyweight Champion. If Batista were healthy, he probably would have defeated Mark Henry at the Royal Rumble (they were setting up that feud before he was hurt) and probably would have defeated The Undertaker at the following pay-per-view (local cable commercials in my area advertised Taker and Batista headlining the event weeks prior) In addition, Angle would have still been on Raw. Who would he have faced at Wrestlemania? How would they have set the match up? (it's up to you promoter!  ) |

I'd say Masters or JBL
He'd beat Masters in a submission match, but make Masters look good while doing so.
It wouldn't matter who won between him and JBL, as both are great on the stick and could build the match well. Angle would have to go more of a brawling route, but he's done it before so I think the match would come off good.

I would say either Orton, or Mysterio.
I could see JBL, too. The Wrestling God vs. The Wrestling Machine!

i think they would have set up a submission type deal w/ Angle being the 1st to break the
Masterlock. i would have love to seen it anyways

It seemed like they were pushing an Angle/Triple H feud so my thought was that Angle and Triple H would have cost each other the title shot at WM and fought each other. That would have stolen the show for sure!

Like they guy who ends up breaking Undertaker's WM streak, the guy who vbreaks the MasterLock will be someone in need of a huge push. This feat would do nothing for Angle, who will be over with the crowd forever. |

Probably an inter-show match ? v Masters ? . He has fought must of the other wrestlers listed before .
