I say Benoit because DK was mostly a tag wrestler and I don't know how he'd be in singles. I'm sure he'd be fine, but Benoit by a nose.

I voted for Benoit. But Dynamite Kid could have been one of the all time greats if he didn't mess up his back.

Bret Hart's DVD has hm fighting DK in a very early match for both of them. However it does show that DK can hold his own in singles action. I think I'd give the slight edge to Benoit because I don't know how good DK is with submissions.
Although I have a feeling it'd end up a double KO when both men keep trying their flying head butts over and over again.
