Now hate me all you want, but there was something entertaining about Evad Sullivan (strange as it may seem, that something is lacking in the gimmicks curent incarnation as Eugene).
Anyone from the Dungeon of Doom could be put on this poll. Lock Ness? That Lepricaun? And we think the WWE writers are smoking now!
My vote goes in the other catigory because the crappiest of the WCW wrestlecrap (and there was a ton of it) has to be these five horrifying words...
David Arquette, WCW Heavyweight Champion.

2 reasons I'm choosing Rotunda. First, take him off as a bad @$$ heel time like the Varsity Club (one of the most underrated stables of all-time) and make him face, say he's the captain of a yacht and lead a group of misfits.
And he was an A-H to Tom.

In no particular order:
-Arquette as World champion
-Chamber of Horrors match
-Jarrett laying down to Hogan
-Hogan laying down to Sting
-Nash going down to the finger poke of doom
-The No Limit Soldiers (Hearing white bread Brad Armstrong carry on about being "Bout it," and yelling "Hooty Hoo!" was painful to watch. I don't want to hear any comparisons to Cena, either, because there are none.)
-Who's the father of Stacy's kid
-Oklahoma (that bastard should have been shot behind that one)
-Steve McMichael
-Gen. Rection (or whatever his name was) and G.I. Bro
-Booty Man/Zodiac
-Dungeon of Doom
-The humiliation of Ric Flair
-Russo's stupid obsession with trying to make people get into the idea that the shit was pre-determined
