My memory isn't to great so I just went by memory on this
This is a tough one but I went with Art Barr
Guerrero+Barr were an awesome team in Mexico and could have made a run in the states if Barr hadn't died so young

I loved the video promos and the wrestling of Los Guerreros (Chavo Jr and Eddie) The whole "lie, cheat, steal" "if you're not cheating, your not trying" is what elevated Eddie to the WWE title, IMO. Before that he was close, but not quite there.

I don't think i'll vote on this since somehow I wasn't watching the WWE for some reason when Eddie and Chavo were teaming up. And I never had the chance to watch Eddie and Art Barr, either. But if I did vote with knowing this, i'd vote Eddie and Rey since I did see them team.

It's gotta be Chavo. Like Chavo said on Raw, they were like brothers.

Chavo. How much I miss the days of the Smackdown Six (Eddie, Chavo, Benoit, Angle, Edge, and Rey) putting on awesome matches every week. Eddie & Art Barr did not have four other great workers to put on as exciting of matches with which is why Chavo gets my nod.
