In my LOW fed Major League Wrestling (MLW), I recently (after lots of Tequila one night) made Red Bastien a rapper where he raps about his opponent before each match. Should I keep this gimmick going or stop it now?

might be funny for a short period of time. Lets see what type of success he has with it.

I think if you keep it going you should have his last line be "That's that Bastien." I could see it in a Mystikal type of voice, which Mystikal's catch phrase was "That's that bastard." Since his name is red, does that mean he's a blood? Just curious is all...

Since his name is red, does that mean he's a blood? Just curious is all... Rapping Red Bastien isn't affiliated with any gangs. He just likes to rap. With my current ongoing draft, I was about to have Bastien become one of the guys that gets released to make room for someone new in Legends International. But when I was watching some WWE 24/7, I laughed at one of the poems read by Lanny Poffo and thought perhaps Bastien could do something similar. But instead of being a poet, I decided I would rather make him a rapper.

Depends ? . Did you rap in real life ? (though that has nothing to do with my choice of answer . Just wondering ?) . If he is a heel and his rapping is annoying . I could see him getting heat from it . So I say yes .

Sounds like you are having fun with the gimmick, maybe he can cross someone who sings : The Mountie? Rocca or Dipaulo (opera)? Just a thought, but as long as it doesn't get too corny.

I think the gimmick is priceless. Whenever you get that type of inspiration, I say LET IT RIDE!

Why not? I just get this picture in my head of "Rappin" Rodney Dangerfield.
"Steak and Sex my favorite pair. I have'em both the same way - very rare."

...That may be the single greatest gimmick idea I've ever seen.
