Would anyone be interested in a COTG-style e-fed with created characters? I would love to run it. I have a few years of fedheading under my belt. I would be willing to run LOW characters or fantasy.

I might be interested in a LOW fed. I getting my bootlegs made up right now (set of 16) and should be ready by late August or Sept. What would you have to do? Would you just want to use created characters? Not familiar with how the e-fed works. Could you PM me with some more info? Thanks

Basically, it would be a LOW fed where a promoter/handler handles one (or more) wrestlers. You would make challenges for the cards, and do promos for the wrestler. I would run the cards with your angle ideas and such. I thought about going with fantasy wrestlers, but LOW wrestlers would be better. I would be a simple place for interaction. Sure, a lot of us run our feds, but would about running a character or two with others in a fed.

Ok, that's interesting. I can remember back in 96' I played in an e-fed with a few guys that I had created. It was fun for a while. If you get more interest I'd give it a shot again.
In fact I'm glad you asked about my set. It should be 16 wrestlers, art done by Werner. I have a mix of guys inspired from old Movies/TV and created my 3 former e-fed characters, as well as wrestler renderings of some friends.
Here's what I have: Thunderlips (The Ultimate Male from Rocky III), The Furies (Brushback & Southpaw from the cult fav - THE WARRIORS) The Maestro (based on the WCW wrestler in 2000), Antonio Armani & Romeo Versace (The House of Style), Gorilla Johnson (three e-fed guys), Malachi (from Children of the Corn), (The rest are buddies of mine and me of course) Mr. Jergensen (my teacher character-me tougher than Dean Douglas-Matt Stryker put together) Big Whiskey (friendly face loves a drink) "All American" Tom Ace (ultra baby who loves the red, white & blue), the Mercenary (masked man for hire), Stretcher Schwabeland (a war genius) The Giant Paisan ( He's connected) Triple D (Diamond cubed- with manager Ronnie Mervis) and Mystery M (Masked man who is a....mystery)
Thinking about other sets down the road- maybe a Wrestlecrap set or an all movie set, Thanks for asking.

E-feds are too hard to run, especially when it becomes more increasingly difficult to everybody that's in the E-fed to keep an interest in the "fed" (i.e., Promoter Fantasy Wrestling { pfwcotg.proboards98.com}). Usually within the first year of the E-fed, you wind up closing it down when you can't keep enough people interested enough to remain involved in the project.

Yeah Barnestormer summed it up.
It's a shame too because they are really fun. But interest from most usually runs out.
