52 weeks later (poll three of three)

As some of you might know, I’m jumping my LOW fed (WPL) forward one year. To fill in some of the gaps, I’ve decided to do a little “fan participation”. Three plot lines that you, my fellow promoters and message board denizens, will decide the out come of.
Finally we have. . . Who’s the champ?
One year ago, Youssuf Ishmaelo defeated Giant Baba for the World Heavyweight Championship. His reign was short lived though as Baba’s interference caused him to lose the belt to Golden Ten Tournament winner Harley Race . . . Fifty-Two weeks later Race is seeking to regain his title, which he lost after a year as champion.
The question I pose to you is: Who beat Race for the title and is now the reigning World Heavyweight Champion?

I voted Antonio Inoki because someday I plan on having a feud between Race and Inoki in my own Legends fed.
