Also it depends how many Belts you have....Back when Warrior held the IC title, and won the World title, that's all there was...But in WCW, Lance storm held the 100 kilos and under title, the Canadian Championship AND the Saskatchewan Hardcore International Title (Cruiserweight, US and Hardcore) all at once...It didn't really have a landscape altering impact because he didn't hold any World Titles...I'm sure if he did he'd have been forced to vacate (sooner) the rest of his singles belts...

RVD was ECW TV Champ while also Tag Champ with Sabu. I would allow something like that, but not with the World Title.
