I thought it was a good finisher. Maybe not great, but good. I think +2 fits well.

+2 for me as well. Rude is probably upper mid card and a great addition, but not the Main Event.

I always thought that Rick Rude executed this move extremely well. It was always hard for me to see how he did it without injurying anyone. He put such power and speed into it. I have to say +3 at least.

I would have to vote for the +2 as my bro and I have talked about it and pretty much figured that is what it would be, I mean if a match goes long enough on some of the lower Pin rating guys that +2 would be just enough to take them out.

The Rude Awakening was a really devastating looking move. It was more than just a neckbreaker. I rate it as devastating as a Harley Race piledriver so I went with +3.
I think Rude belongs in the main events and should have a finish rating to reflect that. For a period of a year or two, Rick Rude was in the main event of most of the WWF house shows I attended. Maybe that's one of the reasons I always think of him in the main or near the top of the card.

I always viewed finishers as someone mastering that move. Chris Masters for example took a normal move like the full nelson and mastered it (pun intended). That doesn't mean that it is as powerful as say Scott Norton's shoulder breaker but it should still be more powerful than a normal full nelson or neck breaker in Rude's case. I went with a +2 because of this.

Rick Rude was a great talent. He combined power and agility like no other.....When he and Manny Fernadez were NWA tag champs, they were awesome!!!!!When I was younger they wrestled the Rock n roll express in a cage in Cincinnati.....what a match it ended when Rude pinned Robert Gibson with a elbow drop off the top of the Cage....What a talent!!!!!!

Excellent. They must listen cuz it sounds like DDP got the treatment we all wanted as well.

Actually, Rude's card was created and sent off to Hoffa for printing long before this post, but it is nice to see so many folks agreeing on one thing. Not that we would have changed it if you all voted (+3)! Tim & I have a roster of the Legends and when we put together a new set we have to determine where folks go. The tricky part is giving guys who are at the same level, like DDP, Zybszko, Muraco & Rude in this set, different stats while keeping them on the same tier. (I consider Crusher slightly higher, but I'm an AWA mark!)

I got Fever, but I still think it should have been a +3. Like stated in the poll the only people I ever saw kick out of it was Warrior and Hogan. I won't change it as I'm sure Chad and Co. watched a lot more tapes then I can begin to imagine!
Keep the Faith

I thought that the Rude Awaking was amazing back in the day when Rick started doing it.

I think that it should be a +4...because no one and I mean no one ever kicked out except for the Ultimate Warrior...
