my principal is the most unfriendly, non approachable, ineffectual leadering, Napoleonic control freak I have seen.
He just sucks out loud.

I'd have to go with my boss. He's a great guy most of the time but when things get rough he's only out for himself.

Power tools that never seem to be charged or in good working condition at the exact moment you need them.
Can you tell I had a discussion with one of them yesterday? Dang chainsaw...

I went with other, and that "other" is my employees. I swear, a few of them will whine about everything, but they're quick to ask me for a day off or to go home early. It's almost hilarious! Here's an example, the names have been changed to protect the guilty: James, who is normally off on Thursday, asked if he could swap days with Stephan, who is normally off on Tuesday. I said I didn't care so long as the days were covered. Well, Tuesday night, after James has his day off, he calls me and says that he also needs Thursday off because that is his normal day off. I tell him that it's not possible because Stephan now as that day off because he worked James' Tuesday. James' wife , his frickin' wife, calls employee relations on me.
Ungrateful bastich!

my principal is the most unfriendly, non approachable, ineffecual leadering, Napoleonic control freak I have seen. He just sucks out loud. My principal is actually the exact opposite. Although he can be critical at times, he's really cool and fair overall. He's also not a clock watcher and allows me to leave before contract time is up when necessary. I voted other. I think the clock is the most unfaithful thing. Don't get me wrong, I really like my job. But Saturdays and Sundays seem to be the days that time goes by the fastest. Also, early June to late August always seems to go by much faster than something such as early September to late November.
