Go blue baby.
By the way, I had a major issue with something that ESPN said today during the Michigan-Indiana game.
They were contrasting OSU and Michigan at each position and gave Ohio State the edge at QB, RB, Defensive Backs and Special Teams. Michigan had the edge at Offensive Line, Defensive Line and Linebackers. They said the WR position was a tie.
I pretty much agree with that analysis, EXCEPT at running back. They said that OSU was deeper at RB and had more explosive players.
I guess they forgot that we have 4 backs that play regularly. A feature back in Mike Hart who is a tough, inside runner and a good receiver out of the backfield. Who by the way has way more yards than anyone on OSU's team. A brusing short yardage back in Kevin Grady. A pure speed back who can break a long run in Brandon Minor. And a crafty senior who is durable and reliable when called on in Jermoe Jackson.
Michigan has the better backs. Hands down.

Gotta go with UM.
I think OSU is great, but I think UM is better this year. Guys from UM that will go in the NFL draft: Henne, Hart, Manningham, Breaston, Arrington, Jake Long, Woodley, Branch, Harris, Burgess, Crable, and Leon Hall. I don't think OSU has that many shoo-ins so the edge goes to big Blue.
This has the makings of one of the best games in college football history. I can't wait.

Truthfully, this is the national championship game, so sorry any Rutgers, Florida (which I am a SEC fan)....
I'm going with Ohio State just because they are playing at him. I don't see them winning by more than a touchdown

This might get me thrown out of the MC Posse, but....
Sorry guys, my dad's family is from Ohio and I've grown up around OSU fanatics.

not that i am a fan of either program, but i voted Ohio St.
Michigan is finally going to play a team the can throw the ball efficiently and not have to worry about trying to pound it past that d-line. Michigan is something like 65th in the nation versus the pass and Ohio St has the talent at QB and WR to take advantage of it. Plus, Ohio St is recruited and designed to win THIS game...Michigan still thinks that a win over puke dame will get them to the title game, and Ohio St always plays the spoiler...no change this year even though the buckeyes are ranked higher, they can still spoil the Michigan faithful's hopes and dreams of a national title on Saturday.

I have to disagree here. OSU is a bitter rival for Michigan. Far more than ND. Believe me, Michigan recruits to beat OSU just like OSU does to beat UM. This game is gonna be one for the ages.
