Diplomacy is an awesome game...Actually Payback you'd probably like it (by the way, that was a serious recommendation, not a jab...I could honestly see you liking this game ... In short it's like risk, only there's a phase where you actually confer with the other players in private to make plans, alliances, tactical maneuverings etc. none of which you actually have to uphold...After that phase, you write down your actual gameplay movements and then all turns happen simultaneously and we find out who was honest to whom, and who got screwed... You can read more about it Here... EDIT: My first time playing I happened to get Germany as my starting country...I had no clue how to play, while everyone else had played at least once...Germany is right in the middle of the map, and is of strategic importance...Not knowing this I made a couple foolish choices, and three people attacked me, including two whom I had assurances from that they wouldn't... I was out of the game on the second turn...I "joined up with" another player and learned how to play better and gave advice and such (based on what I knew of the players, rather than the game), and the two of us were the last ones eliminated before the final two players called a draw...So I still had fun for the rest of the game...

So if there was a COTG Monopoly, who would be Boardwalk and Park Place? Who would be Medeterranian and Baltic?

To know that you'd probably have to know the entire layout of the board and the criteria therein (be it era, feuds, power, teams etc.)...Off the top of my head, I think for Boardwalk/Parkplace: Thantos/Star Warrior Monolith/Endgame or Monolith/Disaster
Something along those lines...I think for the yellow or maybe even green properties, Spike, Brute and Massacre would be great...

Chaos and Thantos for Boardwalk/Park Place Spike Brute Massacre for the Green Star Warrior Alpha Force and Omega for the Yellow Wolf and Mayhem for Water Works and Electric Company. Lord Nexus Pit Viper/Dragon Master and Pulsar (Prime) for Light Purple, Society of Death(Krakan/Splatter/Khan) for Light Blue, The Original AniMen for the Railroads(Mane/Badger/Ram/Reptillo) Monolith/Epoch/Kill Prey for Red Endgame/Tauran/Anivar for Orange and Mutant and Creeper for Med/Baltic

I would think it appropriate that the two biggest, baddest heels would take your money and you could offer up no resistance..

So if there was a COTG Monopoly, who would be Boardwalk and Park Place? Who would be Mediterranean and Baltic? Any guy who loses to a 20th century wrestler deserves to be Mediterranean! Mediterranean > Monolith! But that's interesting. I'd say Omega and Morpheus as Boardwalk and Park Place since they are the founding fathers! But what would you call Go to Jail? Go to the CPC??? jk Mark

Another game that is like A&A but bigger: ATTACK! and its Expansion by Eagle Games: eaglegames.net/products/ATT/att.shtmlGreat game, I actually like this more than A&A.
