So, as we are approaching the season's end, who is your pick to win the Larry O'Brien trophy??
Of course, my pick is the Detroit Pistons. After watching them beat Miami (I know, without Mourning) and recently coming back 2 games in a row from 17 pts. down to win, I don't see any team beating Detroit 4 out of 7 games.

I've been really impressed with the Cavs this year Jedi. It's obvious Lebron is the real deal and they've surrounded him with some good pieces. I'd agree that championship aspirations are a year or two away...unless an unexpected move happens.

I agree that he Detroit Pistons are likely going to win the NBA Championship this year. Although I don't think they're in the Pistons's class, I have also been extremely impressed with how New Jersey has played recently.

I think the Pistons are just too good. The only thing that 'might' get in their way is a) a hot Miami team b) injuries. You can't sleep on SA because they know how to win, and Dallas 'could' step up and finally get to the Finals...but I still think you've got to go with Detroit.

I want the Lakers to win, but I vote that the Spurs will win it. They always seem to go into overdrive in the playoffs.
