I don't get it...
if you were lurking and wanted to avoid IM's I could understand, but what is the point of being invisible when you are posting every 5 minutes...
not the greatest thread ever, but it just seems strange to me so I'm asking...

I can understand IM's also (as I am guilty of seeing someone I know on the board and dropping in) but if you're posting every five minutes...please...like you have said in the past Swarm-'if you don't like what you see...ignore it or delete it"...I totally agree with ya boss!

I am invisible. Has nothing to do with IM's because I welcome them... from anyone. I just checked it in my profile when I registered. Maybe it's because deep down in my subconscious I like to play James Bond of the forums. It's not a big deal though, and I'm not going to change it. So, I'm sorry if you don't like it but I can't see why it's anything to stress over.

I want to be the Fred Savage of the message boards. I would definitely exploit a virtuoso video game playing kid for my own profit; and my inner monologue would be out for everyone to see so you could see just how callous I really am.

So I am the James Bond, Swarm is the Patrick Swayze, and knapik is the Fred Savage. I think that this is the beginning of a beautiful friendship.
I don't post every 5 minutes. Some times I post every 3 minutes, and sometimes every 10 minutes. Occasionally I go up to an hour without posting. It all depends on how occupied I am optimizing my website.
I do agree it's completely pointless to be invisible, but I've decided I'm going to stay that way due to the fame it has brought me.

technically you coud be both the James Bond AND Patrick Swayze of the boards IF Swayze ever played the part of Bonds in a movie...could happen...
Fred Savage is an interesting choice...I really liked him in The Princess Bride. Brilliant stuff.
but, like you said, it has brought you attention...and you should keep it...it's kind of your gimmick.
