While Germany didn't show they were the best team, or even close to it in friendlies, that home field advantage is going to be very good to them...
I'd say Brazil and England have the best shot at ousting the hosts.

The US team has improved more than the "experts" reliaze... Though they did get a tough draw.

The US team has improved more than the "experts" reliaze... Though they did get a tough draw. The US can make a good showing...getting out of pool play will be tough, but if they do it will definitely help them in in the elimination round!!! I would love to see them go deep in the tournament...but man would the rest of the world hate it, we aren't supposed to be good at Soccer because it is not "a U.S. sport". Give us time and i bet we will be right there at the top because we don't like to be second best at anything...you know that American Arrogance! |
