Crazy idea by Todd(Tournament Master)

I have no plans on doing another rumble anytime soon but just curious would you guys be interested in this at somepoint?

Of course there would be rules like one one version of a character would be in

EXAMPLES or Vice Versa
Eclipse not Rising Sun
Vigilante not Galactic Punisher
Pulsar not Pulsar Prime
ETC
