Do Some Guys "Always" Hit Moves For You?

Killer Queen and Massacre are two who've always hit their finishers for me. In fact it's not uncommon for them to hit thier finishers several times in a row during a match. They same is true of Actagon, to a lesser extent.

In my current game Lord Nexus has been pretty good about nailing his finishers as well, particularly if he's facing Thantos.
