Seeing as how the PIN 5 (2) with only 1 down-3 is running away with it in the other poll, it made me think about SW's 2090 card (supposedly an upgrade). However, there were basically 3 big changes from his 87 card to his 90 card. His L2O, his finisher, and his L3D.

L2O - went to 3 level-3 moves, definitely an upgrade

Finisher - Cosmic Big Bang was potentially awesome, but had a small chance of failure. The Nova Launch was a solid, reliable (+3)

L3D - went from PIN 5(2) with 1 down-3 to PIN 4(1) with 2 down-3s, apparently a downgrade.

So was the 2090 SW really an improvement?

Its partially offset by the other changes, but I still think its an upgrade. Good question though.

The importance of the improved L2O can not be underestimated, and personally, I'll take the COSMIC BIG BANG over the NOVA LAUNCH any day of the week.

Gone is that sneaky L 2 move on L3O, in addition to the more overtly power offense.
