Out of the ring is where many matches are won or lost.

Out of the ring, fo so! Being able to leave the ring and make a reversal on L3D is huge.

This depends on the match type. If its a cage match Ring is useless. But Ring rating does have the most potential for big turn arounds.

Ring....that ability to go from being in the position of getting pinned to being in the position to nail your finisher is potentially match-breaking.
