How about Swarm and American Guy - Build them up and if it works out give them a name that can relate to their characters rather than just giving them a name for no reason. Also, if it doesnt work out with them as a team, then just split them up, no harm, no foul.

These two have been a team in my fed for a little while now. They are both pretty vicious villains, so I called them Scars and Stripes.
