Tom's forward thinking was also evident in that he made the Matador and Chaos two of the GWF's biggest stars, but gave them none of the stereotypical characteristics of Black wrestlers of the time, and before.
I know I have often laughed at the ultra-serious levels in which some take COTG, but it seems very harmful to the legacy of Chaos to completely alter his ethnicity and appearance because a current artist envisions him as blue. Also, while I know I am from the south and may be one of the few familiar with my reason for stating this, but blue is perhaps the worst color choice possible for Chaos when taking into account that he was supposed to be Black from day one.
Great post. Chaos is black Tom has said so. He's not blue. That's the guy from X-Men. That would be super lame.
