I think a lot of people have the set so far...so...what do you think? Who is your fav so far?
Obviously this is very, very hard as this set is nearly flawless...me, I'm biased so I would vote OT but lets make a rule that you can't vote for your own guy.
So I voted for Pride. I really like him. US Patriot was one of my all-time favorite guys and Pride reminds me of a younger, better version.
He has also sparked my interest in using Stars and Stripes again so that's just a bonus.
So, what about you?

It is probably between Ensor and Overtime for me. I like Ensor's back story and think there is a lot of places you could go with him story-wise - I think he should definitely be brought into the regular GWF by Tom sometime soon. However, I really like Overtime's card and the Terrell Owens gimmick is brilliant. Plus, he has 2 level 3 moves on his level 1 offense - nobody has had that since Whiplash I think. That's cool. Guess I'll go with Ensor.

Tough vote here.....Ensor is red hot for me...CC is a barrell of laughs, DSC is really nasty, but I think if I had to vote for one, it would probably be Dr. Payne. He's one of those guys who doesn't seem too tough until you watch him win yet another match.

Like Swarm said, this is VERY difficult because the set is so outstanding all around. I debated between Hegemony and Doctor Payne....and went with Payne. He rose to the top right away for me, and I love that braggart/half of what he says is probably BS persona. Nurse Elizabeth doesn't hurt either  |

I think its great that Doctor Payne is doing so well and people are taking a liking to him. Dave, who created him is a Legends fan and never played COTG until the Promoter Madness auction. Hopefully now that his character is getting such a positive buzz we can convert him.  |

Should be getting my set today or tomorrow. I'm curious to get started!
I plan on laminating Dr. Payne right away. The rest I will bring to Galacticon and see how many autographs I can collect.
I'll probably purchase one or more extra Doctor Paynes and autograph them and send them out to people. I'll probably do an NWA Heartland trivia contest and put the card up as a prize.

Well my wife is pretty much insisting I go to G-Con if finances even remotely permit it, so I should be there if you want me to sign Nikki's card (Thoughwith all that black, it won't be easy to find a great spot..chuckles)

I voted for Hegemony. I really dig the character, just my kind of guy I guess. I have a tremendous amount of respect for wrestlers and what they go through to perform for us, so he really resonated with me. Kudos to everyone on this set, as several people have noted there isn't a card that doesn't have a great appeal to someone (at least I hope that statement is true since one of the characters is mine).
I am truly impressed with the quality of the work that everyone put in, PM2 has a tough act to follow in my own humble opinion (I'm sure our future winners are up to the challenge).

Yeah, I noticed that too....good stuff. Shows the range of coolness the whole set has.
If there was a least favorite card poll -- I'd have a real hard time picking one.

I went with Leviathan..But I love every character in this set. I don't think their is a bad vote on the board.

BTW, Sledgend knocked himself out on the ringpost on his way to this poll, which is why he isn't on here. Sledgend is in my top 3 for sure, as well as a couple of other folks I have talked to.

Very cool that there have been ten votes cast for ten different characters. I am refraining from voting right now since I cannot order the set until after my semester is over. To do it sooner would doom me to failing all of my courses and simply ignoring my teaching responsibilities. But soon...

Since we can't vote for our own guy, I'll have to say Overtime.
He has such an explosive offense but when you get him to L3D, he's in big trouble.
Plus, how can you deny the OT chart?! That is sweet.

I voted for Symbiote..he is the character that popped for me immediately when reading the bio. Plus I have a whole "new plague" angle that Symbiote has already started to spread...
Besides..I changed his Entry Wound to a vicious bite..instead of a slice with the sword...still dq worthy..but I needed a transmisison for the contagion..and that fit best. Sorry to John Harriss for changing him..but it was necessary. Hope you read my fed to see what I do with him.

I cannot vote because it simply is impossible for me to pick a favorite character. This is an amazing set. Everyone did a great job! Even characters that I initially thought were not going to interest me ended up being great when I actually played them. For example, when I read the bios for the wrestlers, I immediately had ideas for them. Except for The Legacy. I don't know why, but nothing came to mind when I initially read about the character. But when I played my tournament to crown the first ever Z Division Champion, The Legacy completely dominated. He crushed everyone. Now, I am very intrigued by the idea of this quiet warrior and his religious and warrior training. Again, an AMAZING set!
