I know that this is not going to be popular with everybody, but when I was a kid the Ultimate Warrior was my favorite wrestler. I know, I know, but hey I was a kid alright!! So, I was wondering which COTG wrestler (if any) reminds you the most of the Ultimate Warrior. I have a thread in another place that has gotten some interesting replies. So, here are some of the ones that have been mentioned. If you don't agree with any of the ones listed, that is fine, but please say who does remind you the most!! Thanks!! PS I put Nightmare on this...I know that he is just a "shadow," but his bio reads as follows: he comes out of a ""Shadow Mist", with plenty of energy as he storms the ring and goes on attack." That kind of sounded like the Warrior when he was in WCW, coming up out of the mist and everything!!

I picked Spike by default only because except for Massiff i don't know who the others look like...and Massiff is too tall to be a Warrior clone...and dont be ashamed of being a Warrior mark...WM VI was the best main event ever IMO...

I would say Mayhem because his persona was "crazed" like Warrior's and he was a total brawler.
Ultimate Warrior was a favorite of mine growing up, too.
I loved Hogan but when Warrior came out, I really got behind him and loved watching him win the belt from Hogan at WM VI.
Now, being older and knowing what we know about UW, it taints that luster he once had for me.

None of them - the wrestlers listed are far more coherent, show up for their matches, and in the COTG universe, it is hard pressed to find a wrestler who doesn't generate tremendous excitement when they hit the ring.
BTW, and this is just my opinion, I think a lot of the fans who got behind The Ultimate Warrior did so because they wanted to see someone else on top asides from Hogan, and he was the most logical choice at the time. I think a lot of his legacy comes more from timing than anything else.

Where is Monolith? He does have the Ultimate Warrior's finisher.

I don't have Monolith's card. That is why I didn't put his name on here. Is he like the Warrior in any other way?

Both dudes are powerful like a runaway truck and are rumored to be chemically enhanced. Monolith is freaky powerful, and when you start him in your fed, you will be shocked. I haven't seen a rookie with this much potential to take the title since Alpha Force and Chaos back in the day. Yeah, he's THAT good!

Mayhem might be a heel but he has the most warrior vibe.

I voted Mayhem as well. I always pictured Swarm to be a tad "calmer" and not so crazed.
