For those of us lucky to go, what part of G-con are you most looking forward to? Hanging with other peeps and getting the new sets are too easy, so they are eliminated from this equation.
For me it is a really tough choice. I'm going to have to go with the following as my top 4: 1) Promoter Madness - just to get the anticipation of knowing whether I am making a card or not out of my system. 2) Q&A with Tom - Looks like this is going to be a landmark GWF set (as if they all aren't), and it will be interesting to hear some stories about the process of creating 2121. 3) Trivia Contest - I'm interested to see some funny entrances and looking forward to Joe vs. Pete 2! 4) Tournaments - If only so I can try to win the Galacticon Cup again after losing in the finals 2 years straight and shed my Buffalo Bills stigma.
I would be more excited about the other Q&As, but there hasn't been another CPC set released since last year and I'm sure I'll be talking with Kris on the side about aCe. There is rarely an auction item I really want (Tom, can I get some Vengeance original art this year?) There is no character that comes to mind that I would want Scott to draw, but I am interested to see what he does for other people.
See ya'll in 10 days at the Holiday Inn. (For those keeping score at home, yes, I have created yet another Galacticon thread)

Wow, tough question. I picked the trivia contest because I enjoy trying to answer the questions and seeing what obscure facts Pete will know each year...
but I enjoy the tournaments quite a bit, and the auction is always fun as well.

Has to be the lottery but the trivia contest is always fun.

I went with the Trivia Contest.
This is always a fun event and has a great history! It's great to test your knowledge of the game and Tom's readings of the questions always gives me a chuckle.
Also, it's always fun to watch (when he's there) Minskoff fall asleep on the couch during the Trivia Contest.

I hope that my name gets drawn in the lottery but not counting on it... The Trivia contest is where it's at...last year, I smacked da ass...this year, it's rated X all the way...

I went with Promoter Maddness just because i couldn't think of anything better to choose. What I's most looking forward to is seeing my old buddy's Gatekeeper and Dead Ringer again.

Also, it's always fun to watch (when he's there) Minskoff fall asleep on the couch during the Trivia Contest. He won't be able to make it this year, so Tim & I have vowed to split up napping shifts and do Minskoff proud!

Another great event not mentioned in the poll that is always a good time is The Canada Cup Tournament by Mike Fortune.
This is my favorite (or is it favourite, eh?) tournament of the whole weekend.
