Because of the Backside Beheading discussions, I got to thinking of this poll. My personal pick is Executioner even though he was a better wrestler as Whiplash.

I always liked him as Whiplash.

I am in 2098 and I have been using Marcel De Sade since he debuted in the Early Classics Period. He has never won a title for me- and it is unlikely he ever will since he just got his downgrade this game year. But my favorite persona of his is as the Executioner.

I am split here . My hearts says The Excutioner . But character wise I feel my heads telling me (and voted) go for Whiplash .

I loved the Executioner (just call me old school), but that (ag) on Level 1 Offense killed him against Wolf. He was like 5-22 the first year with only 1 win against Wolf. (I think 1-12)
But he has a great gimmick with the Backside Beheading. So I gotta chose Whiplash

I liked him best as Marcel De Sade without the mask. I actually use him in my bootleg fed as Terrorist #1 with the Mutant. They get crushed a lot.:-)

I like the Executioner, but as Trav said that (ag) kills him on level 1. I like the Whiplash drawing and gimick also, the Backside Beheading is awesome. So i choose Whiplash.

Executioner is a classic character and drawing. Whiplash had more potential but, unlike some here, I really didn't like the drawing. The character design left a lot to be desired and the actual art kind of fell flat. In fact, he's one of the first guys I actually redesigned since I found a few of the design elements of his costume to be out of place when going from the dark and intimidating Executioner to the less-so Whiplash.

Executioner had that old school feel to him. When he became Whiplash he just got lost in the shuffle.

I never realized how dominate Whiplash was as a tag team partner until recently. I have been going back through my GWF history books to get title information and Whiplash is all over them...
