Someone pointed out in my fed that lately I haven't been running many tag matches...and I looked back and noticed this is true...
IMO, the tag division is kind of dull right now...there seems to be too many teams that are made up of two singles guys, like Titan Glory, the Strutter teams, and even Stars and Stripes at this point...
I miss the days of Superiority Complex, New Order, Cosmic Forces, Keepers of the Stone...guys that really mixed well and were inseperable...
this is probably no big deal, and just due to the fact that the roster was cut down...I'm not really worried about it but I thought it was worth bringing up...

I disagree, you have:
Stars and Stripes (Male can't really do singles, so I see them as a "inseprable" type team)
Troubeshooters
Gladiators (admittedly, they work as singles guys, but so did Massacre and Brute)
Master Race (definately a team)
Animen Whatever (whichever team you like, I use both, depending on the card)
Genesis (I've seen alot of results were Tauran is used in singles, but that doesn't mean they're not a good team)
That's 6 solid teams that are real teams.. then you add:
Titan Glory Big Things
I don't use either of these much as singles, but I see that you could..since both teams have been very successful, they've been focusing on tag action
Strutter's team -- here you do have a collection of singles guys, but you can MAKE them a team over time. I'm using Tricks/Steele as the tag team (under the name, "The Main Attraction" since I don't like Tom's names.. too evil for Strutter IMO)
toss in Epoch/Slave Beast and you have 10 teams.. with a top, middle and bottom of the division, I think.
The difference from years past is that there are fewer tag specialists (really just the Troubleshooters, Master Race, US Male and Antak) but that reflects the general trend in real wrestling, so its not suprising.

Although there is the Aethrans, Master Race, Troubleshooters, and the Stars & Stripes...the rest are jabronis without any talent at all and I agree that the tag scene is kinda dull...

perhaps the tag division is dull because there isn't a monster team in the gwf that totally dominates it's tag ranks. In the cpc half the fun is seeing if there is a team that can actually dethrone darwin's legacy for the belts.so the cpc tag team division is built around them so to speak.

The tag team division is definitely going down hill. When it comes to "official" teams...it's difficult to get excited. It seems like the same 2 or 3 teams going for the titles. we need a shake up!

I actually really like the tag division right now. You can put together about 10 good teams, and most of them really work well off of each others cards instead of just being 2 singles wrestlers put together to make a team. Tricks and Antak make the division a little wild with their duo of partners, but they work well with both partners. I can't really say who I'd prefer them to team with which is cool.
Keep the Faith
