Even if Blazing Skull's head exploded and the melted Blizzard puts out the flames, Blazing Skull would win by count out!!! The steam and left over water that was once Blazzard would leave the ring earning Blazing Skull the count out victory.

If all the ref see is steam leaving the ring, then its a count out!!! However, if the ref see is a puddle of water in the ring, then the ref would rule that blizzard can't contunue!!!!!! Winner is still Blazing Skull!!!!
