Of course Thantos is the obvious choice from Cosmos thats why I kept him off the list

I go with Galactic Punisher who became one half of one of the greatest tag teams of all time in the Mercenaries

My Top 5 are

2-Justice
3-Renegade
4-Earthquake

when galactic punisher became vigilante , he's career just sky-rocketed!!! easily the best heel turn.
justice was also a good turn but he never lived up to the hype in my fed.
Also loved the doomsday creature.i dont think this character was given a fair go.

Justice went from a "cling-on" to SUPERSTAR when he turned.

Punisher was very good in my fed prior to his turn but his true impact came with Soldier of Fortune as the Mercenaries.
