In my fed the best was Dreggs
He dominated the division and held the title for 2 plus years real time
My top 5 are
1-Dreggs
2-Prodigy
3-Enigma
4-Eclipse
5-Dragonmaster

this list is tough...but for me Rising Sun/Eclipse had the biggest impact...

Rising Sun was by far my most dominant cruiser. The 3rd and 5th are also Titans(Ursa Major and Scion Nexus) The others are of course Prodigy and Blizzard(Enigma just barely missing the top 5)

Prodigy has always been the top man for me in the Cruiserweight scene. Rising Sun/Eclipse never got a lot going in my fed neither did Enigma. I think Prodigy's greatest challenger was Halcon Oro in my fed. (plus a couple of bootlegs like El Pantera Negro and British Bomber)

Eclipe dominated my heavyweight davision, if I would have giving him a shot at the cruiserweight belt he probbably would have never lost it.
That is why he is my pick.

Prodigy.
No one even comes close. He held the belt for 4 1/2 consecutive years.
