Godsend has just won the title in my fed but Murdok is the number one contender. Has anyone esle run into this situation and if so,did they just let them battle it out? have someone else challenge the champion to maintain faction line? I am curious as to what some people didi( I am in 2119-I love Online!!)

i rarely had faction members battle each other. Maybe once or twice ( over 20 years !!)Usually if someone won the Royal Rumble or something.
But remember...there are no rules.Faction members going at it can make for great reading and angles.

I have the same trouble right now. currently, Gheist is the champion with Godsend #1 and Murdok #2. In whatever case, I don't usually have the same "teammates" face off against each other (except for maybe the ROC, but they play "good sports" and usually don't have any friction).
So what I've done is have the next contender in line from another faction and have them face the champ, and if they don't prevail, have another member of the same faction face the champion, and so on...

At the moment I just did Aegis against Lance At-Las as part of my Essence tournament. I portrayed the match as one out of sportsmanship and respect. On the other side I just had Kryptt and Jakyll go through a violent Titan Death match as a way to power up Paganax for his match against Ventross. Godsend Vs Murdok can work, it all depends on what your storyline on them is. Could Murdok be paranoid about Godsend usurping him? Does Godsend think he is too good for the Crusade and wants to split?

Faction members battling each other often make for more interesting matches.

Good call on the Jakyll and kryptt battling to power up paganax. That makes a great angle to be written.

Sadly,I just don't seem capable of coming up with any storylines for anyone-I just have chars battling-took care of my problem though,on a recent card Paganax has battled Murdok,taking away the #1 contendership from him and also beat Godsend in a non title match! However, with Aegis' rematch, Godsend stomped him FLAT!

In my GWF ... Bloodline will have to face Encubus soon for the Mercury title and Im a little scared. There a dominant tag team and I don't want to break them up yet.
