That's right!
Soon...very soon as a matter of fact, aCe 2121: Ultimatum will be available for purchase in printable pdf format as a STAND-ALONE product!
For people wishing to get their hands on the latest aCe game edition who were not interested in subscribing to COTGonline, we will be offering the ability to buy access to JUST the aCe 2121 game edition booklet and cards!
In other good news, the cost of the game edition will be significantly lower than a standard set as Filsinger Games is not responsible for printing costs!
Cards will be formatted for printing and instructions will be provided.
Stay tuned for ordering info!

Agreed. I personally felt that the most recent aCe edition suffered amongst the old-school community because people who weren't interested in Online simply never got a chance to read the booklet or check out the cards. Here's to hoping the die-hard dice rollers around here (you know who you are ) check out aCe 2121. Seriously, I'm stoked about this. ~ :-Xsk

very very good news. I'll get online eventually but I wanted Ace sooner and to be able to get it cheaper then normal (aside from my own printing costs) is great news.

Hey Kris ... I already got 2121 when I subscribed to CotGonline ... can I buy the set with the actual paper cards. I don't have a printer and I have no other way of printing them out. I would gladly shell out $12 for the set, I am sorry if this sounds weird but I'm old fashioned and I don't have a way of printing out the cards but I like the actually cards since I run a "mixed" federation and I really would like to keep Esperanto around but I'm afraid he could be written out soon if I can't find a way to get him in paper form.

I'd try and take the cards to Kinko's or Staples or someplace like that and get them printed on card stock. Just make sure that you read this post by BDS: cotg.proboards12.com/index.cgi?board=online&action=display&thread=1180472842Otherwise, the cards won't line up right. Mike

This one isn't going to happen. Your best bet, like Mike mentioned, would be to take it to a nearby printing shop: Kinkos, Staples, Office Max, etc. If you don't have one nearby, the only other thing I could suggest would be to maybe pick up some of the blank cards from the FG store and just fill in the stats yourself.

this is good news, as I just couldn't justify spending $30-60 for printing out a set of cards I really wanted. I mean, I'd have to play the online game ALOT to make it pay for itself, and I just don't have the time to play like I want to. This sounds like a good remedy for my situation.
Thanks Osk! Ray

I'm glad as well as while Online is really neat, I don't have the time or desire to fully get everything out of it that would make it worth the cost.

I agree with Troy ... I bought the startup pack and have the cards but I like the dice better. Guess it looks like Esperanto the last remnant of ACE 2121 is about to get fired. Oh well.
