Triple threat matches

I don't know if it is any book or if I have missed it, but I was wondering if someone would give me an idea on how to run triple threat matches? I am unsure as to how I want to run them. Thanks.

I think there are official charts for them somewhere. The Companion, maybe? There's a four corners chart on sale in the store, as well.

EDIT: Ringside Companion 2112, apparently.
