I have been aCe since the start . But only last night spotted the slight mistake ? .
a dazed (tag) on Level 2 defence . I always thouht in Tom's rules . A dazed (tag) only happened on Level 1 defence ? .

aCe has a few cards that don't quite fit Tom's rules...look at General Rankor for another one with violations.

Yeah, but violations are usually intended to shock (like Hybrid's out of the ring on Level 2 Offense). This one just looks like an oops. Lord knows I've been guilty of a couple.

The Noxious and Rankor things don't really affect gameplay, so they don't even rate on my radar beyond the "hey, that's odd" stage. Don't worry, Oskie baby. I'm sure I'll eff something up in CPC 2121 that'll distract from this.

Unless the British spell it differently, "Lightening" is a stage in a woman's pregnancy, and "Lightning" should be the name of the Norse God.
