If you play the GWF as being a 'real' sport, at what point does Monolith's genetic engineering become unfair sort of like the 22nd century's version of steroids? Sure we have all manner of guys who come to fight but somehow it is determined that each race/being matches up equally with everybody else. Is Monolith being given an unfair advantage? Just a thought.

You can say the same thing about Disaster who has had a cleansing and has been transevolved as well

Honestly, if you want to make those kind of storylines great, but I don't see how that would come into play in a wrestling federation were demons and angels have fought side-by-side and against animal people, celestial beings, and redneck americans. At what point do you say theres's no cruiserweight division because on some planets a 200 lbs. man would weigh over a ton. And that in itself brings in a new set of problems. Best just to ignore those kind of things.

Following that reasoning, we would've had trouble in the first set with the Evil Ones and their implants.
It's fantasy. I'd just leave it alone. Of some of the "cheaters" out there, Monolith isn't even top 5, maybe top 10.

Let's think about some of the cheaters in COTG lore.
Bishop Hell -- fire out of the hand. Synthetic or not, cheat.
Blazing Skull -- fire out of the head. Killed a guy. Still allowed to compete with a yarmulke on.
Nightmare -- vaporizes out of thin air to beat up opponent at start of match. WTF?
Demons of Hydra/Ninja Assassins -- Killer Bees-style switcheroos possible.
and of course
Chaos -- big glowing stone that he thought really did something but was no more than a dashboard ornament (but you believed it at the time, didn'tcha?)
Alpha Force -- didn't need no stinkin' stone for his Alpha Power.
There are more but I'm feeling a bit ill today and don't have the brainpower to devote to it. At any rate, Monolith is below all these guys on the cheating scale, IMO.

AND, just about everyone on that list was way cool (except Alpha Force, imho).....every successful fed needs their unhanded types.
Bottom line is Monolith is cool, the idea works, and the Fed is better off with him than without.

Dude Monolith is easily the coolest guy in the game...
Can't wait to see his updated card with a full body shot...if that's what Tom still plans on releasing this year...
of course, I have no idea...

Is Monolith being given an unfair advantage? Pro wrestling has never emphasized fairness. Fairness would be if guys with like agility or power ratings faced each other. So it's only cheating if he gets caught.
