Also, since I have been playing aCe, Ventross has never lost a singles match and he is currently, no thanks to Nicodemus, my aCe Essence Champion. Ventross is the only undefeated wrestler I have, even performing extremely well with his new downgraded card! I guess no Ravagers have a reason to doubt him. Nicodemus on the other hand...

Ventross actually is a great wrestler in the GWF universe...at least in my federation...he held the Cosmic Battle title twice (retired the title after the results of Entropy)...he also held the World title simutaneously with the Cosmic Battle and vacated the strap after (once again) Entropy ended...his downgrade per se hasn't been felt because I haven't reintroduced him into the fold again...

I've always been a big Ventross fan...he was a legend in my fed during the Centra years...
hate his new drawing though...looks just like the Dreadnaught death card to me...
bad.

Ventross is definately one of the best cards in the aCe and is almost unbeatable but I agree with Swarm his new pic is bad

Ventross is okay, but he's not quite as good as he used to be. His new art card is okay, but the other one was better.

I really like the new art.. it definately caputure the "lone Warrior" aspect, and he just looks so angry I can to some extent see the similiarities to Dreadnaught, but I like him too, so that's not a problem for me  As far as ability goes, he's been about .500 for me, in the thick of the action, but not really contending for the title. |

Now, to actually contribute to the topic. I have the Storm the aCe package, so all I've ever used is his downgrade. He's been really disappointing, not doing much of anything in either singles or tag action with Warfare. His only good moment was being the sole survivor at the first Commissioner's Challenge. Nicodemus is starting to get fed up with his failure behind the scenes, though ...

Ventross is awesome. Even with his down grade, he is still a force. I love his art work. Like Wildfire said...he looks angry...it's perfect. He looks like Dreadnaught? Maybe they're related !!  Heaps of GWF characters look alike. |

Venross is pretty good in my fed as well. Right now he teams with Nicodemus but Ventross seems to be carrying the team.

Ventross easily rolled through my tournament to determine my first Essence Champion. No one came close to beating him in the tourney. I am looking forward to his first title defense to see if the dominance continues.

He made the finals in my Essence tourny. Lost to Paganax, so I'd say he's pretty good! I like the art of his new card, I liked his art of his old card, I like art!  ray |

Ventross is a great character! I really liked him as the Ravager team, and even when he teamed with Warfare!
This guy is definitely in the top 2 or 3 guys in aCe.
