Ok, so here's my problem... Shepard is THE MAN (he's undefeated in singles and has the Essence title), and I don't think Scorch is all the bad, but the Specialsts just can't buy a win!
I get the impression they are really designed to be the top tag team, yet I'm considering breaking them up for good... The main thing that's holding me back is that there's no one else that would be a good partner for Scorch.. Rouser is just too crappy...
I'm toying with using Nemean, and calling Death to Primus or some such...
any thoughts? (for more info, feel free to check out my results over in the fed forum)

Maybe split them up for a bit, and then have them reunite and take on another tag team that's slumping....

Shepard is way too much of The Man to be contained by a tag team. I say break up the Specialists for a little while, let Scorch be in singles against Tribesmen, and let Heroes United go after the tag belts. When and if Shepard loses the Essence, reunite the Specialists for more tag team whoopin'.

I'm definately leaning towards not using them for a while... its more a matter of what to do with Scorch... I see him as mainly a tag team guy.
As for re-uniting, maybe, but Shepard is awfully good in singles...
I'm leaning towards teaming him with Nemean (as this would work really well in my fed) unless something better strikes me before the next card or two.

Why not have him tag with Warfare? I mean, sure Warfare has tag connections with Ventross and Flatliner ( in 2119), but he's a good tag team wrestler and he and Scorch would probably do well against the Tribesmen! Just a thought, but I think Nemean would be a good choice as well! Try it and see what happens, it's the only way to know for sure!

Warfare is an interesting thought.... I'll have to ponder that one, wrestling wise they'd be a great power team, but I'm not sure I have any story motivation to make it so.

I tagged up Aegis and Scorch as Centra Prime and had Shepard go into the singles ranks...
