Shamrock/Le really interests me. Frank is a great self promoter and StrikeForce has drawn some impressive live gates on the back of Cung Le's popularity in the local market. If Frank takes Le down and defeats him quickly (which he is capable of doing) more will be lost for the promotion in the long run than gained.
Ideally the fight could end up in a way where they can double shot it down the road...almost 'purposely stand up' like Le's other StrikeForce fights where the crowd gets to see a show. Very intriguing.
I don't see Fedor/Couture happening. UFC will file an injunction the very moment Randy attempts to make the move. It'll be interesting to see how the courts rule and will set a precedent for Zuffa contracts going forward.
Machida would be a bad fight for Tito. Father time has not been kind to the Huntington Beach Bad Boy's explosiveness and ability to compete in a real situation. Some of his injuries have had lasting effects and he's been unable to compensate. I don't see him agreeing to this one.
Sylvia has a very good chance of regaining the belt. While anything is possible...the Noguiera that fought Herring probably would have been KTFO against Big Tim. Sylvia knows how to work the Octagon and do what needs to be done to win. This will probably be another Pride Curse result with Tim winning by KO or a drawn out decision...but at this point a Nog loss shouldn't come as a shock.

I hope if Karo wins that means he is on to the title shot he was lined up for 2 years ago before injury.

I like the fight between Karo and Thiago, but what makes it a super fight? It feels like most Karo fights. A show stealer.
I have a dumb question though. If Randy beats Fedor, he retires.. so where does that leave mma? If Fedor wins aren't fans likely to try and claim Randy's washed up (fans are fickle). I guess it's all in how it goes down.
I'm digging Chuck vs Shogun. How ever it seems like both fighters are in a must win situation. If Shogun wins we see the passing of the torch. If Chuck wins we see the flames of tomorrow put out for today.
Great match making for Thaigo Silva and Rashad. I don't know what to say but it has caught my eye.
Now on to the Elite gem, Cung Le vs. Frank Shamrock. Just imagine if one of these guys leave after winning? Elite will have a huge gaping hole to fill.
