"I desire to build up an army of courageous, clean-minded minded men who will be prepared to protect the weak rather then oppress them-men who will dare to do right and insist on others doing the same."
;D Good stuff! They would teach discipline more then cardio conditioning these days. You wouldn't need urine screens if anyone had a sense of honor.

Duce If you are into old school Physical Culture literature that Sandow site has a wealth of info from the mid 1800's and early 1900's. It has archived material on such giants with-in the movement as Farmer Burns, Charles Atlas, Joe Bonomo, etc. While some theories have come to be disproved with time...there is still a great deal of practical and entertainment value to be found. Check out the full Charles Atlas Course. Classic stuff, great marketing and the invention of a larger than life positive role model/mentor to hundreds of thousands around the world! In closing, I want to say to you that I have enjoyed sending you these lessons for I know you must be Stronger, Healthier, more Muscular and full of Pep and Energy. It has been a pleasure to help you. Men and women like you will live longer and enjoy life more.
I hope you will induce your friends to enroll with me, so that I can help them, too. Just send me their names and addresses. Although this Lesson completes my Course, I want you to feel at liberty to write me at any time if ever you have questions or comments.
With my very best wishes and warm hand clasp, I remain,
Your Sincere Friend and Instructor,
Charles Atlas So be careful in what you believe in There's plenty to get you confused And in this land called paradise You must walk in many men's shoes Bigotry and hatred are enemies to us all Grace, mercy and forgiveness Will help a man walk tall-John Mellencamp 'Walk Tall'
