So since the GWF is eventually going to have a six sided ring (and that's OFFICIAL for all you BTBers out there!), I was thinking...was it ever stated when it was they made the switch? Would it require new "into the ropes" and "into the turnbuckle" charts? I think it it would myself, and I think it will rock when we finally get them! Big Time

I forgot that they did. See Tom was once again ahead of the curve. Tom KNOWS the future and the future is TNA and the six sided ring. I say NOW is the time for the six sided adventure. NOW I SAY!!!

Yeah and that set also had blue cards which were stupid too. It's not happening.

Yeah it was in Classics 3000 set which I agree with Swarm was bad even though I loved Infinity+Infinity-Plex
I don't think we need new charts for the 6 sided ring but it wouldn't hurt to get new ones

why would we need new charts anyways? I don't see how a couple extra turnbuckles and ropes would make any kind of difference at all besides making the drawing of the ring at the top of the chart look retarded.
I don't see how it would affect the game play at all.

Quick if/when the WWE steals what good idea TNA had...not sure if they had one but for the sake of the post lets say they did...would people say it was the "GREATEST IDEA" of all time...YES! The blue cards were ?interesting? but I liked Rhea from the set. So it wasn't all bad.

Say it ain't so Ewt !!
Rhea is proof that Big Superstar wasn't the only WWF star to come forward in time to wrestle in the GWF...
Bertha Faye did too !!!

Well I like TNA for the most part but the 6 sided ring is something that I could do without. I have yet to see that it really adds anything to a match other than a different look. Even if the transition was officially made to a 6 sided ring I think I'd still imagine a 4 sided ring. I don't really have any beef with 6 sides, I just prefer 4.

In addition to the GWF and LWF, which my oldest is champ of...she has found the DQ to be her best friend. Rhea is one I always get stuck using because she isn't pretty?? Remember the opinions stated are those of a 15, 14 & 13 year old girl.

I don't think the Six sided ring will work that well. It is a nice idea, but what is wrong with the "square circle"?

square...circle....hmmmmm i like the sound of it.what would you call an six sided ring? its just to silly to say it so dont.im all for 4 and not 6 .6 only work for TNA because of the pure style in GWF is more of an PRO style. style list. PRO-wwe,wcw,awa,uswa, so on and so on PURE-roh,x-division EXTREME-ecw,war,backyard MAT-olympic,highschool TOUGH-ufc,boxing,toughman

IMO the six-sided ring is just a silly gimmick that adds nothing to a match and the GWF can do fine without it thank you very much.

6 sided ring is just something unique that sets a fed apart from another. It has it's moments. In GWF, I use a 6 sided ring, but I'm a TNA fan too. I don't use a special chart, I just know and imagine that it has 6 sides and they utilize all angles.

I'm curious, what would having a 6 sided ring do for the GWF, CPC, or aCe? I don't think it would do anything. When Tom added the ladder match, barbed wire steel cage, mensa table match, earth"falls count anywhere match" etc, they brought something new to cotg, which was the battle, moves and the outcome. If the six sided ring could do something innovative, other than looks, I would consider it a good idea. Otherwise, I don't think Tom has any reason to include it.
