Ok, I really want to get my fed going, but I'm having trouble incorporating everything I want to include. Obviously I want to follow story lines, but I also want to track Wins, Losses, Titles(Won/Defenses) and their Stroke(using the Rahl system, I believe). It needs to be rather basic and should emphasize what they've done over the past 3 months, more so then in their entire career, although that needs to have some say in the matter.

I have found a point system works best for rankings
Here is the one I use
WINS Pinfalls or submissions-5 Points DQ Wins-3 Points Count Out Win-2 Points DRAW-1 Point
OTHER Title Win-10 Points Successful Title Defense-7 Points Beating the Champion(Non Title,DQ,etc)-6 Points Specialty Match-6 Points

Mr. Steel, do you give out any - points, like for a loss or anything? Do you just start at zero or do you start with a "stroke" rating?

I do a similar points system. Although, I give out negative points for losses. -1 for pin or submission, -2 for d.q. or countout.....etc. This way, when it comes to title matches....wrestlers have to have a positive point total to even be considered for a title match. I'm still in my first "game year" and it's been working great. At my year end PPV event, I will hold a match between the two wrestlers at the bottom of the point standings. It will be a loser-leave-GWF match. Anyway, I agree that a point system works the best for rankings.

Ive done the points thing but I would assign negative points for a loss also. Now I do the win/loss system. BUT I pick the challengers for the title matches and I try to keep in mind how people can have better records if they beat up on the chumps and some have bad records but because they have fought all top wrestlers.
