I'm not gonna boo you for the sentiment because it would be a huge draw for people to play Legends, but...
Hogan is all about money. I'm guessing Tom hasn't got "Hogan money" to throw around. But if everyone here convinces someone they know to buy the game (Storm the Ring and Brawl style), who convinces another person to buy it similarly, and so on, we might have a shot at raising the funds!

I would love to see Hulk Hogan in LOW. However, I doubt Hogan would sign with Filsinger because of money issues and creative control issues. Hogan would want his card to be unbeatable and be the top card in the game. I do not see Tom giving Hogan that kind of control. Besides the money issues (already mentioned by MarkCPC) and control issues, Hogan's ego would never fit on the back of a playing card!!!!!! ;D

Since we already have his good buddy Brutus Beefcake in the set maybe there is a chance we can sign Hogan as well
Ok I won't hold my breath on him signing

If you wanted to plug Hogan into a Legends fed, sure, use Big Superstar. But I think maybe the point that needs to be made is that actually having the real Hulk Hogan, with his real name attached to an LOW product, would help sell sets. There's no doubt about that.
There's also no way in hell that will happen.

Although he has only wrestled one match (against Orton at Summer Slam) in almost a year and a half now, isn't Hogan signed to a WWE contract anyways?

Personally I'd just use the LOW Bootlegs Hogan unless things change for some reason.

Never say Never. Tom has a way of doing some cool things. Sheik, guys from Japan & the Double Ax Attack (Curt & Larry) come to mind. Perhaps if we all promised to buy Brooke's album, which I already have for one of my teen daughters (come to think of it I think she is using it for a coaster), then maybe he would sign???
