I'm sure the character isn't dead yet. Hell, half the people already speculate that he's still in the GWF as Dead Ringer.

Maybe Tom will use Gatekeeper as the link between GWF and aCe if one or more guys make the jump if the war in aCe ends. I think Tom has said he doesn't intend on doing the whole inter-dimensional stories again but this could be the one exception.
I for one don't think Dead Ringer is Gatekeeper.

Dead Ringer IS NOT The gatekeeper. No way. This guy was sent by The Powers That be to test Valour's courage - and I think that he passed. Now I feel that in the future The Gatekeeper will be an ally of valour in his battle with Omen and Nosfera- and possibly more Brymstonian fare. What ya all think?
