Wildcat's agility

I've always wondered this Tom, and maybe I missed it or don't remember, but why was Wildcat's agility on his 2097 and 2101-02 cards so bad.

His rookie was +3 (was this a misprint?), while his next one was at 0. It seemed, even though he was a rookie, and with his Wildcat Strike finisher that required some agility, he would have warrented at least a -2??

I don't think he was particulalry agile just high risk. Later, he became more agile as he focused on training it.

To be honest, I don't remember. I don't think it's a misprint...it would have been clearly identified as such by now.

The explanation given by Troy might be the best one.
