I've asked this question in the "poll" thread, but I'd thought I'd ask you. Do you ever see a chance that there will be a game edition full of new characters and no upgrades?

The trend for many years has been to not have to many newcomers in one set. Helps keep the fed from growing too fast. Also, upgrades/downgrades helps with existing character development.
