I don't think she has one officially and I would probably give her a rating of a 5 or 6. She won't distract men like other women (or maybe she will for the opposite reason) and she is a rookie, but on the other hand she does have the aria of deathnotes to annoy opponents with!

That's true. DR 5 would work(anyone has a distractor rating of 4)

Rotunda's default distractor rating is 5 like it is for anyone. I could see her rating being even lower because she is so immobile that she can't move fast enough to distract at key moments.
