While he does have a very feral look to him, he might not be any type of earth critter. He might be an alien cat of some sort. But to me he looks a little like a bobcat, or some sort of bear even...

Rush is correct. The way I remember it (and my memory is often spotty) I told Darryl Banks to give me a lion as a new AniMen, but not to look like Iron Mane.
