I recently read on your website about you being the manager of a tag-team in TZW, calling yourself The Evil GameMaster. I recently applied for the Steel Rage Pro Wrestling School, they have a course there for being a manager.
As a new-blood about ready to hit the world of pro wrestling for real, is there any advice you could give me? How do I begin looking for talent to manage, or will they come to me? How did you get your start as a manager in pro wrestling? I'd like to learn as much as I possibly can, this sounds like a dream come true for me. As is known, I don't have the physique of Batista or Goldberg (or Rey Rey for that matter), but I do think I have what it takes to be a manager. Any advice?

I don't have the physique of Batista or Goldberg either...although I often imagine that I do.
I'm a lousy source of info, AntiSocial X. I stumbled into my managing gig because game fan, Steven Blade, runs a wrestling promotion. All I did was take the bull by the horns and play the role to the hilt.
Since my path to managing---create a game company and wait for a game fan to ask---is pretty idiosyncratic, it's not applicable to you. I'd say getting to know other wrestlers is important and forming some kind of bond where you can share your ideas with them. It seems that a lot of indy wrestlers are looking for a manager...based on my limited experience. You need to have an image...a gimmick, and then sell that gimmick to other people, including wrestlers and promoters.
I hope somebody with more insight can share some advice for AntiSocial X. Tha's the best I can do.

It's all about finding a promoter who likes your talent. The promoter will set you up with a stable to manage in his/her fed. It's rare for a male manager to travel with a set wrestler. Most promotions have managers that they like to use and they assign them wrestlers.
Approach as many promoters as will listen and let them know about your gimmick. Having professional photos to show them and a good look will help greatly.
