Okay, I admit that I know nothing about this guy...
....but Tom, have you signed him up for Legends? If not, why not?

I guess I don't understand why you would assume that Tom has either signed this guy up or there is some reason for him not doing so. There have only been 4 sets of Legends and that only allows for around 60 wrestlers including SEs. Give the man some time. He will sign them all eventually, if he knows what is good for him.

Percival is an old-time wrestling manager who I've never seen in action. He's got a web site where he shares his memories of the past.
I could see Percival being added to the game someday although I'd have to check up on who he managed. As I said in The Dark Menace, I'm very thankful that Percival helped me sign Bobo Brazil to the Legends roster.

Well, according to his Cauliflower Alley induction, among his former charges is Harley Race.

I'm the one who does his website. Among others, he's managed "Nature Boy" Roger Kirby, Black Angus (Campbell) and The Patriot (Bobby Hart, not Del Wilkes). He had the "loaded briefcase" gimmick. He would be a fantastic manager to add to the LOW mix. www.geocities.com/percivalafriend

I was pretty sure that was you...a second Rob Moore would have been an interesting coincidence, though.
Sounds like a manager just dying for a "loaded briefcase" interference chart.
