After talking with Chris Ledermuller, we came up with the idea of a charity event in which the proceeds will goto the American Cancer Foundation (I love this idea because i proved my oenocologist (I think I spelled that wrong) totally wrong and survived my bout)...after talking with Jim K, Kevin W, and Todd J.-we want to make a go at it with the proceeds being donated in Jamie's Name...we haved talked about a Deathmatch booklet and a raffle or something like that...we also would like you to be involved (if your interested)...let us know.

This is a cool idea. When I was running the Next Generation mail newsletter, Jamie was a subscriber, then he passed away. I put together a specialty match booklet and sold it with proceeds going to his wife. I think after printing and shipping, the proceeds netted around $85. It's a small sum, but a lot of people that never subscribed even bought one. It also included a new Crow card with the booklet. It didn't have any of his matches in it, cuz at that time, he'd released his own match booklet. Cool idea, I'd like to see how it goes.

Here is the deal...
We are looking for donations to put together a prize pack for a raffle that will be held at G-con. The drawing will probably be held at the end of the auction. We will sell tickets for $1 a piece. I will be reprinting Jamie Wilson's Deathmatch Booklet and include some tournament brackets with it. If you buy atleast 5 raffle tickets, you will get a copy of the Death Match Booklet as a thank you.
If you have anything you would like to donate to the cause in terms of prizes (bootleg sets, wrestling tapes/DVDs), please let either myself or TommyGunn know. If you can't be at Galacticon and would like to make a donation, also please let us know.
All proceeds from this raffle will go towards cancer reserach in Jamie's name. Thanks for your support.
